Promofy Nigeria Limited is hiring Remote Sales Closers you can do from home. You'll call customers as their orders come in, close the sale, and follow up until it's delivered. Don't worry if you're new to it — we train you fully and introduce you to our products before you ever pick up the phone. If you're persuasive, hard to discourage, and love hitting targets, this is your role — and your commission grows with every order you close.

Promofy Nigeria Limited is a fast-growing e-commerce company. We sell real products to customers across Nigeria on a payment-on-delivery model — the customer orders, we call to confirm, and they pay when it arrives at their door.
Right now we're a startup, based in Minna and growing fast — but our ambition doesn't stop there. We're building Promofy into a brand recognised far beyond Nigeria, with our sights set on going global. What you'll actually do, every day.
This is a closing role. Orders come in, and it's your job to turn them into confirmed, delivered sales — and to grow each one where you can.
Work from our CRM, where customer details and incoming orders are managed — everything you need is in one place.
Call customers as their orders come in — confirm the order, build quick rapport, and close the sale with confidence.
Handle objections on the spot. Turn "let me think about it" into a confirmed order without being pushy.
Upsell and cross-sell — help the customer add more or upgrade before the call ends, growing the value of every order.
Send confirmed orders to the right delivery agent groups on WhatsApp, and keep everything moving.
Follow up relentlessly until the order is actually delivered — because on payment-on-delivery, a "yes" only counts when it arrives.
Write and submit reports on your calls and results — clear records keep the whole team moving and show us how you're doing.
Show up for our daily stand-up calls. Since we work remotely, these team calls keep everyone aligned — attendance is not optional.

This is a fast-paced role. We work with almost 70 different WhatsApp groups of delivery agents across the country, and orders move all day long. On paper that sounds like a lot to manage.
But here's the truth: with the right mindset, it's actually very simple. Not every agent has orders every day, so you're never really handling all 70 at once. Once you learn the rhythm of the system, it becomes second nature. What matters isn't doing everything at once — it's staying organised, calm, and focused. If you thrive when things are busy and you don't rattle easily, you'll do really well here.
And you're never thrown in alone. We train you properly and introduce you to all our products first — so you know exactly what you're selling, how the system works, and how to handle customers with confidence before your first real call.
One thing to be clear about: working remotely takes real discipline. There's no one standing over you — so you must be self-driven, reliable, and present for your full hours (7am–7pm) and every stand-up call. If you work well on your own, you'll love this.
How your pay works — the honest version.
You start on a ₦30,000 base salary, which begins after a one-week training and probation period. But here's the important part: the base is just your floor — your real earning comes from commission.
You earn a commission on every single order you close that gets delivered — and it's uncapped. The more you close, the more you make, with no ceiling. The exact commission percentage is discussed and confirmed at your interview. For a strong closer, this is where the real money is.
