CALL REPS (Sales Closers)
Promofy Nigeria Limited is hiring Call Reps for our Minna office. You'll call customers as their orders come in, close the sale, and follow up until it's delivered. We train you fully — but we hire selectively. If you're persuasive, hard to discourage, and serious about a sales career, read carefully and apply.

We hire in clear stages: application → response screening → online video interview → 1–2 weeks of sales training → office onboarding. It's a 6-day work week with one rest day (Christians rest Sunday; Muslims may choose Friday or Sunday). Promofy Nigeria Limited is a fast-growing e-commerce company. We sell real products to customers across Nigeria on a payment-on-delivery model — the customer orders, we call to confirm, and they pay when it arrives at their door.

What you'll actually do, every day.
This is a closing role. Orders come in, and it's your job to turn them into confirmed, delivered sales — and to grow each one where you can.
Work from our CRM, where customer details and incoming orders are managed.
Call customers as their orders come in — confirm the order, build quick rapport, and close the sale.
Handle objections on the spot. Turn "let me think about it" into a confirmed order.
Upsell and cross-sell — help the customer add more or upgrade before the call ends.
Send confirmed orders to the right delivery agent groups, and keep everything moving.
Follow up relentlessly until the order is actually delivered.
